With the new AI feature in the subscription version of viflow, searching for functions, terms, or problem solutions is now even easier and more efficient. You can search for relevant content directly from the program interface using simple questions or keywords.
The AI accesses the knowledge database and the help and prepares the information found in such a way that it precisely matches the original question – compact, understandable and context-related.

How to use viflow Guide

1. In the viflow program interface, click the viflow Guide button {{1}} in the top right corner. viflow Guide opens in a tab:
   
2. Enter any question or individual keywords related to the viflow software in the text field.
   The more precisely the text is formulated, the more accurate the results will be.
   This example deals with questions about the WebModel.
   After entering your text, click Send {{2}} or press ENTER.
   After a few seconds the result appears.
   Below the answer, the Sources {{4}} appear, i.e. the files from the knowledge base and help from which the answer was compiled.
   By clicking on the hyperlinks of the sources you can access the articles directly.
3. If you have any new or additional questions about this topic, please enter them in the text field and click Send.
   The chat history remains visible; you can reset the page view by clicking on Clear chat {{5}}.
   If you close viflow Guide or the program, the chat will also be deleted.
