Step 5: Model areas

- Click on the Area icon in the viflow stencil
- drag the object onto the sheet while holding down the mouse button
- Enter the name of the area in the New area window
- Right click on area

, click on properties (or double click on area) - Enter a (shorter) Short Name and, if necessary, additional data in the properties window (e.g. specify area type)
- model all areas involved in this way
- Click on Save button

If the viflow template is not visible, click in the View tab on Windows – Stencil.

Areas can be set in the Areas window be divided into folders and thus, for example, grouped according to area types (departments, roles, persons responsible, etc.).
