Change drawing sheet size

The process graphic does not always fit exactly on the drawing sheet. Often a few centimeters are missing in width or height or there is too much "empty space" on the process graphic. Since the process graphics in the WebModel are initially displayed adjusted to one page after opening, we recommend adjusting the drawing sheet size manually.
When changing the width of the drawing sheet, the areas or swimlanes are automatically adjusted to the new format. The size of the process graphic can therefore be adjusted in just one step.
You can change the drawing sheet size manually or in the graphics template. The latter is usually not necessary, since the size of the drawing sheet can be adjusted manually to the size of the process graphic in a flash and the best possible result can only be achieved with manual adjustment.
Change drawing sheet size manually
- Press [CTRL] on the keyboard.
- Move the mouse pointer (while still holding down the [CTRL] key) to the right or bottom edge of the drawing sheet.
The mouse pointer becomes a double arrow. Click (while still holding down the [CTRL] key) the left mouse button, keep it pressed and move the drawing page border to the right or down to the required size.
The page will be readjusted.
Change drawing sheet size in Graphic Template
To change the size of the sheet in the graphic template, it must first be opened and changed as described above. The graphics are then opened in the size you defined.
