Here you can assign certain types of transmission (e.g. "electronic" or "written") to the information.

Assigning Transmission Types

1. Click the add icon [ ] in the title bar of the Transmission Types tab.
   The Add Transmission Types to … window opens.
2. In the window you can choose between an alphabetical list view and a folder view (default).
   Mark the transmission types that are to be assigned to the information. If you want to assign a transfer type that does not yet exist in the process model, click on New Transmission Type and enter a name.
   Confirm your entry with OK. The window will close.

Deleting assignments

1. To remove assigned transmission types from the list, open the Transmission types tab in the properties window by clicking on the arrow [  ] or double-click on the title bar of the transmission type.
2. Right-click the information and select Delete from the context menu.
