In the viflow tracker interface, click on the Administration button at the top right.
In the menu on the left you will find the items System Check and Tracking Failures under Diagnostics.

The system check is for IT support and requires administrator knowledge and permissions.

In this overview you can determine whether your viflow tracker receives data from the linked WebModels.
