viflow DMS facility for fail-safe operation

The Agilium Service should be restarted once a week so that viflow DMS works continuously without any problems.
This restart can be done as follows:
- Either through scheduled reboots for a backup or
- You set up the termination and restart of the service via the Windows Task Scheduler.

You should wait at least 5 minutes between termination and restart of the service.
