Note – What is a process model upgrade?
Some viflow updates include a so-called "process model upgrade". The first time process models are opened after such a viflow update, an update takes place. The updated process models can then no longer be opened with older viflow versions.
A detailed description of this issue can be found in the article ››› Process model cannot be opened because it is not compatible.
The viflow versions with process model upgrade mentioned here are marked accordingly.

Meaning of classification levels for errors in viflow
Level A: High or critical impairment
Errors that lead to premature termination of the application and/or non-saving of data; incorrect data output; massive performance problems
Level B: Moderate impairment
Errors that allow you to continue working in the application and/or lead to a delayed display of data changes; frequently occurring performance problems
Level C: Low impairment
Text errors in the application interface; rarely expected errors; rarely expected performance problems
As part of its Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ViCon provides an update that fixes the above-mentioned errors. You will receive the update automatically via ViCon Update (unless otherwise configured).
