Customize hyperlinks with translation import

If you want to adjust several or all of the hyperlinks used in viflow at the same time, you can use the translation function.
How to change the hyperlinks
- Open the process model and click Export on the Data tab.
- After that, open the Excel file, enable Filter and filter by Attribute Name by Hyperlink.
- You can now update the hyperlinks in the DE column.
If several languages are used, other columns with the corresponding country codes appear next to the DE column.
You can also adapt the hyperlinks in the other languages in this way. - When the changes are complete, save the Excel file, open your process model
- Now click on Import in the Data tab and select the Excel file.
All changes are applied automatically.
