Remote connection to the viflow test version is not established

For problem-free access to the viflow test version via the viflow Remote App, a few things must be observed and approvals set up.
Access is via a secure HTTPS connection to the address ts.demo.vicon.biz
If the connection via Remote App does not work...
Please ensure – preferably with the support of your IT administration – that the following ports are enabled in the firewall and router:
- 443 (TCP)
- 3391 (UDP)
